1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or contacting us to book companionship services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

Miss Arora provides premium, discreet companionship services between consenting adults. All services are for social companionship, conversation, and personal time only. We do not offer or arrange any illegal activities.

All companions are independent adults aged 18 years or above who have voluntarily chosen to offer their companionship services.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate information during the booking process

4. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and mutual confirmation.
• Payment is made in cash directly to the companion upon arrival. No advance payment or deposits are required.
• Rates are clearly communicated before confirmation and are final.
• Travel charges outside Bhimtal, Almora, or Dehradun city limits may apply and will be informed in advance.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking at any time before the meeting begins. We request that you inform us as early as possible out of respect for the companion’s time.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we have reason to believe that the safety or comfort of our companion may be at risk.

6. Expected Conduct

We expect all clients to treat our companions with respect and dignity at all times. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of harassment, abuse, or disrespectful behavior
• Requests for illegal or unsafe activities
• Photography or recording without explicit consent
• Sharing personal details of our companions publicly

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of the meeting without refund.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Miss Arora and its representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
